Well populated F1, F2, F25 and FS classes filled out the course and provided great racing action.

Let the good times roll !

Justin Starbuck powers his UH10 to a second place finish in Entry Level competition.

Graham Spencer hot on the heels of Chris Barczynski Jr. in the F25 event.

Ben Voigtlaender arrives with his new Bill Baker craft which he has fitted with a 500 cc Polaris engine. Once Ben has worn off a bit of the gloss he will likely pose a formidable threat for the US F2 class racers.

Southern Illinois University shows up with impressive craft, trailer and support group.

Four racers compete for position at the approach to a land transition in the combined F1/F2 event.

Young Chris Barczynski Jr is not intimidated by the close proximity of other racers as he leads the way into a tight turn. Whats racing, without a little friendly nudging.

Ralph Dubose sneaks into a turn with a low approach.

Cecil Scalf completes the 2003 season forth in F25 class in his still relatively new Revtec Rennegade.

Chris Barczynski Jr. has a busy race day piloting craft in both F25 and F1 classes

Zack Bell brings his recently completed 1/2 scale RC hovercraft. The 5 hp engine driving a 30" prop provides impressive power to this 85# machine.

Raoul Dahms has repowered his Neoteric hovercraft with a 4-cylinder, 4-stroke Teledyne engine designed to power a military generator.

A short pause for last second repairs on the start line.
