Important Policies

1. You'll notice two separate pit areas, one for racers and one for cruisers.  The separate pits for the racers and cruisers will be located in the same area as last year. 
   
2. In the center of each pit area you'll see a fire extinguisher and a gas can icon. This is because we are required by the fire marshal to designate a depot in each pit area for fire suppression equipment and gas can storage. Yes, this means that all participants will, whether racer or cruiser, have to store their gas cans in one designated area. Everyone will need to adequately label their containers to avoid confusion.
   
3. Another item on the map is the clear designation of a parking area for all participants' cars and trailers. No cars, trucks, campers, trailers etc. will be allowed to park in the pits.  This will be strictly enforced, NO EXCEPTIONS!
   
4. The racecourse is 3/4 mile, same as last year.
   
5. A large tent will be located near the racing pits to conduct drivers meetings and safety inspections.
