Saturday Night Banquet
The Saturday night banquet will take place from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at the MCL Cafeteria Banquet and Conference Center located within the Meadows Shopping Center. The Meadows is located at Ohio Boulevard and 25th Street.  To get there from the rally site, take US 40 east across the river into Terre Haute.  The bridge that takes you across the river is Ohio Street, which turns into Ohio boulevard.  The Meadows is two miles from the Wabash River bridge on your right.  Please be prompt, the banquet center closes at 8:30 so we must stay on-time. 

Cost - everyone is responsible for purchasing their own meal from the menu.

Gate Fee:
There is a $5.00 gate fee for the weekend collected by the property owner for participants and spectators to get into the rally site complex.  We do not pay a rental fee for the property and this helps cover the property owners' costs and a donation to the Sugar Creek Volunteer Fire Department.

Lodging/Accommodations:
Camping is available onsite for $7.00/night*.  Electricity and portable restrooms are available but no showers.
