| Dear
Friends,
It is that time for us to sail across the pond and compete in
the World Hovercraft Championships. As most of you know it is
France this year. Can-Am 2006 needs help from the members
to help defray the costs of the shipping for the WHC 2006.
Shipping is running over Twelve Thousand US Dollars
to ship the container to and from France. This does not
include the costs of drivers getting over there and other miscellaneous
expenses.
We would like to ask for your support to help
us represent our country and club in this world championship event.
We are finalizing everything and will be loading the hovercraft
in the container the weekend of July 8th in Piqua, OH (north of
Troy). Here is a link to the location:

If you happen to be in the area and would like to give us a
hand, please contact Kent Gano. Any help - labor or monetary would
be appreciated. So far our team consists of (Alphabetical
order):
Chris Barczynski Sr.
Chris Barczynski Jr.
Ralph DuBose
Kent Gano
Steve Pope
Graham Spencer – if not racing, he
will be with us.
If you could, let me know if any of you plan to
be there to either watch and or assist the team in the pits –
in France.
Also LAST CALL for any last minute entries to
go.
W. Kent Gano
